“Awsome place, feels like a real hotel/pansion with a history , cared of by the owners with love:) Cosy and charming atmosphere. We had a triple room which was of a good size, with very comfortable beds, absolutely clean and functional bathroom. Special thanks to their cleaning team, who do their job to the highest level of standards. Absolutely above expectations for this budget, 100% recommended and will definetely come back. It was a pity they didnt serve breakfast at that moment because the facilities of the dining room on the ground floor are really great. Very cosy and with a fresh air small internal backyard. Location is also perfect for everything. Parking card is provided by the hotel so you can park alongside the beach area not pay everytime tha charges in parkomat.”

“The room and the bathroom was small, but was clean and you have all you need. The hotel has great location, very near to the beach. The greatest value of this hotel is the owner (I think, he's owner) Giordano. He gives you hints to everything you ask - restaurants, wines, beaches, nice places to visit in the whole Toscana. We made trips, we haven't planned because he convinced us to go. Thank you Giordano! When you read that, you're doing great job!”

“I give all 5 stars rating because. The room, bed sheet, and toilet are clean (you can see in my pictures). Service was awesome, very friendly owner snd team, they give all needed information, and standby from morning to late night, really feel save and at home. Location or position, just 100 meters from the beach, and lungo mare viareggio answers everything. So, congratulations you got full 5 stars from Google Reviewer (six stars level).”

“Very friendly, clean, extremely well located hotel, close to the sea. The room is clean, spacious and air-conditioned. The owner is the heart of the place. It is rare to find such a kind and lovable hotel owner. He knew the answer to all our questions, we always got good tips and ideas from him. Parking for a car costs €4 for a whole day, you don't have to spend the whole day in the machine. The price-value ratio is absolutely unbeatable. If we visit Viareggio again, we will definitely stay here again. Barbie David Lara”
